FAQ
1. What happens if I enter my Nickname instead of Login?
The funds will not arrive, or (worst case) will go to another person whose login matches your nickname. Please verify data in the "Account details" section.
2. Is this suitable for RU/Crimea/Donbas accounts?
No. Top-up works only for accounts registered with Ukrainian data where the wallet currency is UAH (₴). Accounts in Crimea or sanctioned regions are often blocked by payment gateways. To top up an account with a regional location in Crimea, the Donbas, please log out of your Steam account (PC, laptop, etc.) 30 minutes before the purchase. Then, put your mobile phone in airplane mode and do not turn it on or log in to your account for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can make the purchase, and the currency will be automatically credited to your account.
3. Will funds arrive on a new account?
Yes, but the account currency must be UAH. If the wallet is not yet open (you haven't made purchases), the top-up may force-open it in Hryvnia.
4. Is there a Steam fee upon crediting?
No. If you paid to receive 100 UAH, exactly 100 UAH will arrive in your account (minor cent discrepancies are possible due to bank exchange rates, but usually exact).
