Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will this gift work on an account registered in the US or Europe?
No, sending gifts has strict publisher restrictions tied specifically to the system region of the profile. The gift will only be successfully sent to Steam accounts where the account settings are set to the Russia or CIS region, regardless of your physical location.
What exactly is included in the Deluxe Edition besides the base game?
The Deluxe Edition traditionally includes the game itself, exclusive sets of authentic uniforms, weapon customization camos, and additional digital materials (official soundtrack and artbook).
What is the benefit of receiving the game via Steam Gift?
This method eliminates the risks of manual entry errors with third-party codes. You accept the request via a secure invite link, and the gift is credited directly to your profile using built-in Steam features.
How long does the game delivery process take after payment?
The entire process is fully automated. The friend request and the digital gift itself are sent by our system within a few minutes after transaction confirmation.
Is it safe to receive the game this way, is there a risk of a ban?
It is absolutely safe. We only use the official gift delivery mechanics through the Steam platform itself, which completely eliminates any violation of the user agreement and the risk of an account ban.
Can I get a refund for a received gift?
If you have already clicked the "Accept Gift" button and the game has been added to your library, a refund is technically impossible according to the platform's rules.
What should I do if the system does not send a request or an error occurs?
First, make sure that when placing your order, you provided an absolutely correct s.team format invite link to your Steam profile. If the link is correct but the gift does not arrive, please contact our support team to promptly resolve the issue.
