1. Can I buy a character with Inspiration?
Usually no. Characters are bought with Clues or Echoes. Inspiration is intended for Gacha (Essences).

In the in-game exchange, the rate is usually 1 to 1 (1 Echo = 1 Inspiration), but Inspiration cannot be converted back to Echoes. It is a currency with narrower use.
3. Does the package guarantee a skin drop?
No, Inspiration only gives attempts to open Essences. The drop chance depends on luck and the game's guarantee system (250 pulls for S-tier).
