Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where can I find my ZZZ UID?
Your UID is located in the bottom-left corner of the screen at all times during gameplay. You can also view and copy it from the pause menu, right under your Proxy name.
Is an IP change required for Inter-Knot activation?
No. Inter-Knot Membership top-up via UID works globally. There is no need for Special Software or IP address changes to receive your rewards.
What happens if I miss a daily login?
The daily 90 Polychrome reward is only available if you log in to the game. If you fail to log in on a particular day, the reward for that day is lost and cannot be reclaimed.
Can I stack multiple memberships?
Yes. You can purchase several months of membership in advance. The duration will stack (e.g., 2 passes give 60 days), but you cannot have a total duration exceeding 180 days.
Is it safe for my HoYoverse profile?
Absolutely. Topping up via UID is the safest official method. We do not require your password, ensuring zero risk of account theft or bans while remaining fully compliant with game rules.
How fast will the membership reflect in my game?
Our automated systems process orders 24/7. Typically, your Inter-Knot Membership will be active within 3 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
Does this membership work on PlayStation 5?
Yes, but with one condition: while the 300 instant Monochromes will only show up on Mobile/PC, the daily Polychromes you claim can be spent on any platform, including PS5.
