Answers to frequent questions about microtransactions (FAQ)
Do I need to provide my account password to credit 60 Shards?
Absolutely not. To complete the order, we only need your public game identifier (UID) and the exact server name. Handing over personal data is excluded.
Does the double bonus (x2) work on this minimal pack?
Yes, the official top-up mechanics fully support in-game promotions. If you are buying the 60 Shards pack for the first time, you are guaranteed to receive double the currency volume.
What happens if I select the wrong server when ordering?
This is a critical mistake. If the UID you entered exists on a mistakenly selected server, the currency will go to another player. Always thoroughly double-check your server choice before payment!
How quickly will the ordered currency arrive in the game?
The process is fully automated. The basic pack of 60 Shards will appear on your character's balance within a few minutes after a successful transaction confirmation.
Can I top up my account this way if I play on PlayStation?
Yes, the cross-platform system allows UID top-ups. However, remember that purchased premium currency may sometimes not be displayed on the console until you log into the game from a smartphone or PC.
Are there any limits on the number of purchases of such basic packs per day?
There are no strict limits whatsoever. You can purchase as many packs of 60 units as you need to cover your current gaming needs.
Exactly how to convert purchased Shards into Jades?
The conversion process takes place directly inside the game client. Open the in-game store, select the appropriate section, and exchange the resources at a one-to-one ratio.
