The PlayStation Store payment card is designed to top up the user's balance on Sony consoles. This top-up is issued in the format of a digital code.
SIMPLE ACTIVATION MECHANISM
The top-up contains a code that must be entered into a special field. After entering the code, the user's balance increases by the card's face value. This method of replenishment is available to all users of the PlayStation Store service. To do this, you must have a working PlayStation Network (PSN) account and be over 18 years old. The credited funds can be spent on purchasing any goods and services.
SAFE TOP-UP
The option to top up your balance using a code can be used in cases where it is not possible to directly top up the balance from your bank card.
After activating the code, you can buy games in the Turkish PlayStation Store, paying for them with your balance on your Turkish PlayStation account. You will be able to use such purchased games on your main account. Carefully read the activation instructions below.
ACTIVATION:
Create a new account with the Turkish region or log into an existing Turkish account.
To activate the code:
- Go to the link: https://www.playstation.com/;
- Click the "Sign In" button and complete the authorization process to access your personal account;
- Click on the profile picture, and in the window that appears, select the "Redeem code" option;
- Enter the 12-digit code and complete the activation process;
- Your balance will be topped up by the amount equal to the card's face value.
How to play games purchased on the Turkish PlayStation Store on your main account?
- Purchase the game you are interested in on the Turkish PlayStation Store (it is recommended to make the purchase from the console) and start the game download process;
- After the game download process starts on the Turkish account, you can switch to your main account, and the download progress will not be interrupted;
- After the download is complete, you can launch the game on your main account. In this case, this account must be designated as the primary account on the console.
Connecting the account to the PlayStation 4 console:
- Press and hold the PS button to open the quick menu;
- Select: "Power" > "Switch User" > "New User";
- Log in to the previously created Turkish account;
- You can now use games from the Turkish account on your main account if you set the Turkish account as primary.
How to make an account primary for the PlayStation 4 console?
- Select "Settings" > "Account Management" > "Activate as Your Primary PS4";
- Then click "Activate".
Connecting the account to the PlayStation 5 console:
- Select the profile picture on the home screen.
- Select "Switch User" > "Add User" > "Get Started";
- Log in to the previously created account;
- You can now use games from the Turkish account on your main account if you activate Console Sharing and Offline Play for your accounts.
How to activate Console Sharing and Offline Play for accounts on the PlayStation 5 console?
- Select "Settings" > "Users and Accounts" > "Other" > "Console Sharing and Offline Play".
- Then click "Activate".
